What a journey so far… I signed up to Bootcamp 18 months ago which helped me back into exercise and taught me the importance of nutrition and after a few weeks I decided to sign up for personal training sessions with Trav as I started to see some great weight loss. So far, I have lost 11 stone and I have achieved what I thought was the impossible with the encouragement and motivation from Trav. With having personal training, I have not only learned that I am able, but learnt the correct form and way of doing different exercises.
