Have complete access to all classes, nutrition plans and guidance, group PT sessions, sports massage, online support and a great group of like minded people all working together towards the same goals!

Access to all classes over an 8 week period including circuits, HIIT, military style classes, Barbell and fat burn classes

Group PT Sessions

More focused and personalised training sessions in a small group with your own group mentor to help push you towards your goals, usually 4 sessions

Progress Tracking

A complete health check, measurements, body fat analysis and photographs taken before and after your Bootcamp to reveal your transformation

Choose between a fat loss or muscle building and toning plan and be allocated a personal mentor for guidance, support and much more!

Monday: Bootcamp HIIT @ 06:15am  |  Fat Burn @ 6pm

Tuesday: Bootcamp Circuits @ 7pm

Wednesday: Military Style Bootcamp @ 7pm

Friday: Bootcamp Group @ 6pm

Sunday: Military style Bootcamp @ 10am (public access) | Group PT Sessions (throughout the day)
